Michiel van Ooijen - Has a degree in English Language Studies from Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen (Radboud Universiteit), a Postgraduate Diploma in English Language Studies from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism. His professional background includes working as a Dutch Software Localization Engineer with Microsoft in Dublin, Ireland, where he helped localize the Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server operating systems into Dutch. Michiel also worked as a Senior Translator and Line Manager at a major British translation agency and helped localize the user interface of Microsoft Office 2007 into Dutch.
Evelyn Eijkelenkamp - Has an M.A. in German Literature and worked and lived in the United States for 20 years. Evelyn worked as a Senior Localization Project Manager with SimulTrans and as a Dutch Language Specialist with eBay, both in California. She also worked as a Senior Translator and Line Manager at a major British translation agency. Having worked as a freelance translator in the United States for many years Evelyn has a wealth of experience in the translation and localization industry and is fluent in English, German and Dutch. Evelyn is specialized in tourism, IT, internet, hardware, software, and consumer electronics. Her unique combination of linguistic and technical expertise warrants a successful localized product.
